Scorpia was a result of a raping situation and her mother later then passed away after giving birth to Scorpia. The villagers were very furious about her mother's death, and they wanted to take revenge upon the one who raped her mother. They cast a ritual upon Scorpia that granted her magical powers and nurtured her powers but the only magic she learned was poison. To prove herself to the villagers who raised her, she vowed to always protect the village from evil.
